Best CC for HDFC Ergo Health Insurance renewal?

Most threads are over a year old hence posting:

Have an upcoming health insurance renewal costing 40k. Amazon Pay app is unable to fetch the policy details saying there's a technical error. I have the below CCs:

• HDFC Swiggy
• Axis Rewards
• Airtel Axis
• ICICI Amazon Pay
• SBI SimplyClick
• SBI Cashback
• Axis Privilege
• IndusInd EazyDiner Signature

How do I go about getting the most cashback out of this? I read somewhere that balance of more than 20k can't be added to Amazon Wallet or that if the premium is more than 15k we can't use Amazon Pay.
