I am looking to maximise the payment benefits while I pay for home interiors. I will be spending around 15 lakhs offline through a pos machine or via a payment link for Credit Card.
I currently have very basic cards which are :
1. ICICI Amazon Pay CC - LTF ( I can get 1% unconditional in the worst case)
2. Hdfc Tata neu infinity CC - LTF ( not sure here i know i can get 1.5% neu coins but upi is only allowed for 1 lakh in a day and i will be making payments of 4-5 lakhs in one go, additionally I believe there are exclusions as well, idk if those would apply here)
3. Applied, not approved - HSBC Live + CC - Chargeable ( applied because of unlimited 1.5 cashback for my situation, idk what kind of limit i will get)
4. ICICI Sapphiro Dual CC - LTF ( I don’t prefer using this as i don’t feel this is rewarding enough but can be enlightened on missing information)
Secondly I was able to get a hold of MCC code where i will pay via CC and the mcc is 8911. I think this is not in any of the CCs exclusions list.
Would really appreciate some feedback if you think i am settling for underwhelming rewards based on my CC collection and precisely that is why I seek your advice.
