Best Credit Card or Debit Card for Business Purchase

For my Proprietor ship firm i am spending around 7-8 lakh every month on online as well as offline to purchase goods

i am using untill now ICICI gold business credit card which gave 1 point for 200 spend with limit of 5 lakh and recently get HDFC Biz Power want to switch all purchase to HDFC but limit is just 3 lakh and in fear if i over use might be HDFC close the card

any other business credit card or debit card to extract better reward rate

any specific reason as i have to paid outstanding 3 time every month to complete switch my existing spend to HDFC also for spend 7-8 lakh i only get reward till the reward cap
