I Can Make A FD Of 5L (Maximum) Which Credit Card Should I Get?

1. HDFC DCB (5L FD)
2. HDFC Regalia (3L FD)
3. ICICI Saphiro (5L FD)
4. OneCard (OR Any Other CC)

**Question: Can I Use My Secured Card Statement To Get My Limit Increased In My Unsecured Credit?**

DCB will not offered against FD. Regalia will be offered.

AFAIK ICICI offers Coral, IDFC offers Wow card, HDFC list mentioned below, One card you will get metal CC against 50K FD(some users got for 20K) also.

No. Secured CL is based on your FD value, may be 80% or 90%.

Secured CC CL will not be useful for LE on Unsecured CC's AFAIK, because those cards will not be reported to CIBIL also.

One card is ok.

Secured card statement may not help in LE of unsecured card.

Do you know if HDFC reports the secured card as 'secured' to CIBIL? Some banks report it as secured while others don't.

Apart from that

Almost all banks are reluctant to offer LE based on C2C (whether Secured or Unsecured doesn't matter at all).

If the card marked secured in cibil and with this card statement you can't get limit enhancement.

But the indusind, onecard, rbl(not sure), idfc only the bank's which shows fd cards as unsecured.

If anyone aware of hdfc fd cards please If it's reported as secure else unsecure

Why do you wish to get a secured credit card ?
Are you new to credit cards?
Or is it only for LE purpose on your existing cards?

Go to bank . Hdfc , icici ,axis & idfc talk to manager about you opening higher variant account & doing a 5 lakh FD .. based on that if they are providing you credit card
. you are good to go ..

even with 10k account they assist you like premium.. so go to bank and ask for it . it works

For you - they are Secured.
For them - cards are treated as unsecured.

OneCard also reports to Rating Agencies - Thru their banking partners.
