Best Credit card to Pay APSPDCL power Bill?
APSPDCL(Southern Power distribution)
AS per RBI guide lines we are unable to pay from third party apps.

Don't bring RBI into this. Or, the 3rd arty Apps.

APSPDCL is to be blamed as they are yet to get listed on BBPS. Other AP board ACPDCL and other boards from other states were listed on BBPS and users can pay to them.

APSPDCL is taking unduly loooooong time to join the BBPS.

Right now you can pay using Amazon pay vouchers on APSPDCL Website for better returns. Beware they charge 1%+GST for that.

Its available on all 3rd party apps.
Now regarding cashback /discount,
1.Use rupay platinum debit card on amazon for bills upto 500 ( offer is 20% of upto 100)
2. Axis Airtel for 25% cashback upto 250
3. Axis ace for 5% cashback on gpay

There are 4 distribution companies in Andhra Pradesh. Different parts different companies operate.

From Prakasam or Nellore comes under APSPDCL. May be Bapatla comes under APCPDCL.

Ours is chirala which was used to come under prakasam district. Recently changed to Bapatla.
Regarding nellore I can't comment, may be u r right its not live on bbps

Check if there is rupay debit card option in the APSPDCL app and if there pay with sbi virtual debit card, u will get 0.5%
