Can you tell how much yearly you spend on each category?
You haven’t mentioned the type of travel expenses you have.

Travel only sleeper buses. Mostly I use Redbus.

Yearly spend, not calculated so far.

Monthly 20 to 30 thousand.

My suggestion would be:
Grocery, Dining, Food delivery: HSBC Live+ LTF ( why this compared to SBI CB is these gives 10% even with offline spends)
Online shopping: SBI CB (5% )
BILLS and Insurance: Amazon pay vouchers through SBI CB/Regalia Gold (5%)
Regalia Gold can be used for Travel related spends.
For other spends HSBC Live+ 1.5% cashback.
Considering cap on SBI CB and HSBC Live+ , combing both makes sense.
overall you are getting >5% CB which is good.
