Where is option to upgrade kotak 811 to 811 super.
Also does indusind delight debit card offer cashback on credit card payment,i have seen that hdfc has stopped

I have seen the option to upgrade in Kotak 811 app but it is waitlisted. Might get soon but not sure when.
There are no cashback benefits for cc bill payments as this card mainly focuses on fuel, dining & entertainment categories.

do we still get 1% cashback with Indusind Delite debit card when we do a cc payment , I am using hdfc but I have stopped receiving any cashback when i do a cc payment

either you have to use indie debit card or indie upi handle, both gives 3% cashback on fuel spends. Btw, debit card is free in megastar and 3% on fuel is also only in megastar account.

Pay via indie app just scan the qr through indie app

I will maintain megastar until cc bill pay offer is there.. else I will remove my money.. in that situation I don't want to pay dc charges.. that's why I am not planning to apply physical dc
