Earlier Magicbricks was the best when they used to give actually zero processing fee to users. But now they are charging 1.5% + gst and then give a 250 off which is onky sufficient if your rent is around 15-16K.

Now it seems Redgirraffe is the best with 0.39% + gst.

yes then it should be good for you. It works everytime. The only suggestion would be to always use website instead of app and always enter card details again and again instead of saving it to reuse again. If you save and try to reuse then (god know why) the discount is not applied.

Yes Paytm doesn't need rental agreement. If you have PayTm Citi credit card, then you get 3% cashback. And then PayTm always has some or the other offer for rent. So, it nullifies charges and you get some extra reward as wel.

Redgirrafe use to give any red giraffe points right? are they actually useful or timepass like cred coins.

Not really. They have gift vouchers where u can use only 1.5% to 10% of the voucher value with those points. (quite useless if u ask me)

Redgiraffe asks for rental agreement expiry date as well. I tried it once, there were so many details I wondered they'd ask for your blood group and landlord's blood group as well.

Seems they have some tie up with government in exchange for the 0.39% fee

Freecharge is excellent. Only issue is they ask for mandatory landlord PAN on 25k rent :-(

In Magicbriks , it allows 2 payment with 0 fees , I have done only 1of 10k and when doing another of 10k it says "Zero processing fees limit of 2 transactions per month has been reached. Processing fees will hence be charged"

I have been using No Broker. Charges are much lower compared to other platforms which is 1.1% + GST but there are no offers which offset the charges.

Edit: Do not have to upload rental agreement.

I have tried cred as well as freecharge. both doesn’t require a rent agreement. Freecharge also charge considerably less fees but the paymemt is transferred to landlord after 24 hour.
