I want to invest 5 lakh rupeesin fd , which small finance Bank good
1 Equitas Bank
2 Ujjivan Bank

I've no experience with Ujjivan. Equitas spam calls me a lot as other poster also said. For loans, FDs, ULIPs and to maintain more balance in their account when they've even discontinued RuPay Platinum Debit card for my account variant.

I have account with Equitas and my wife have Ujjivan account. The services are almost equal, but Equitas lot of upselling ULIP. They wanted me convert my FD into ULIP

Ok bro I have decided that Indusind Bank is better as compared small finance Bank

Whoa did not know this! Thanks. I wish IndusInd Bank also had a DND, does it? The spam robot calls I got from that spam are UNRIVALED. No one bank spam called me as much as it. For around 3-4 months it was relentless and I had to block entire SERIES of phone numbers using TrueCaller to stop them.

I have DND activated, These calls were from the Branch executive. He stopped calling me when I said DO YOU WANT ME CLOSE THE ACCOUNT?

every institution is mandated by law to have it. otherwise why would they have the option even?

Same experience with IndusInd. Tried registration on their DND link. Failed repeatedly for some reason!

Exasperated, visited my branch and told the BM that this could not go on if they wanted my continuing business.

Surprising, he immediately understood my problem. Apparently similar complaints from irate customers have been flooding them!

He was very cooperative, and signed me up for DND from his own mobile.

After a week or two the spam calls pretty much vanished!
