Best Summer location to utilize Taj vouchers

I will be receiving my Annual Amex Taj voucher in the next two weeks. My Taj voucher from previous year is still valid taking the total to 20,000 Rs.

I intend to book an IHCL hotel (not necessarily Taj) for 2-3 nights during this summer break at a nice cool place.

I do not mind spending another 10,000-15,000 for the trip for a nice hotel/resort.

Looking forward to suggestions from everyone.
