Best Two-Wheeler Policy

I purchased a Yamaha Fascino a year ago, and I already have a 5-year third-party insurance policy.
However, my personal insurance is about to expire, and I need to renew it.
Can anyone suggest the best personal insurance provider for two-wheelers in terms of coverage, claim process, and premium cost?
Any recommendations based on personal experience would be helpful.
Haven't used my insurance so far. Does it give any discount on new policy?
