Best way to achieve monthly 1000 bonus MR points on AMEX MRCC

Can anyone tell me the best way to achieve monthly 1000 bonus MR points by doing 4 transactions of Rs. 1500 on AMEX MRCC

Any suggestions to add money to paytm wallet/ amazon pay / buy gift vouchers?

What is the approximate % reward rate I get If I buy ASV or Apay vouchers from Amex Reward Multiplier for a values of 20k (1500 * 3 + 15500 * 1 ) .
Will I get 1000 (Bonus points on 4 Txn)+ 1000(Bnous points on 20k spends) + 400 (Normal Reward Points)

I think they have tie up with ICICI machines where AmEx is accepting

Sorry, I am new to this - planning to apply for the Amex Gold Charge card since majority of my spends are on fuel. Was not considering the MRCC because of the following clause mentioned on their website -
"Earn 1 Membership Rewards® Point for every Rs. 50 spent except for spend on Fuel, Insurance, Utilities, Cash Transactions and EMI conversion at Point of Sale"
Does this mean you don't earn points on fuel? But fuel spends are eligible to get the 4*1500 monthly milestone?

Yes fuel spends are not eligible for normal MR points but eligible for 4*1500 transactions and Monthly milestones 20K.\

Almost all transactions are eligible for Rewards in Gold charge card. and it can be used in NPS as well.

Gold charge provides 1 MR for 50 even for fuel.

Surcharge waived only if you fuel in HP. Others like BPCL, IOCL etc. will charge 1.18% to 4.13% (depends on fuel station) as surcharge and not refundable.

Note: Fuel surchage (for any Indian credit card not only AMEX but anybank) general 11.8 Rs. or (1.18% to 4.13%) whichever higher.

So, if you fuel Rs.400 - they charge 1.18% = 4.72 or 11.8 (whichever higher), so they'll charge 11.8. Always prefer to fuel above 1000 to get equal surcharge and refund if any applicable (refund not applicable in AMEX but other bank cards will credit).

No MR for fuel on MRCC card but any case, AMEX cards are not to be for regular rewards. Opt for it only if you can achieve milestone, thats where these cards shine better.

So Amex Plat Travel or Plat reserve doesn't give any reward? Is there a change in this table?
I have Amex Platinum Reserve (PLanning to Switch to Platinum Travel) and Infinia. Which would be better card for NPS payment?

To iterater again, AMEX cards are never meant for 1MR/50 but the milestone benefits. Compared to regular rewards, milestone has higher reward % in AMEX and people should apply these cards only if those achieve them. Otherwise no use them. And do not loose better benefits by seeing no regular rewards, where you'll loose better returns.

Ex: Assuming 1MR = 0.30p

Do remember for Amex gold 1000 MR monthly milestone points you need 6*1000 transactions apart form regular 1MR for Rs 50.
While in Amex MRCC it's 4*1500 but nor redular MR on Fuel, Insurance, Utilities, Cash Transactions and EMI conversion etc.
