Best way to Apply for a new HDFC CC

So recently have been getting lots pre approved co- branded card offer from HDFC bank, none of them interest me. So am planning to apply for regalia/DCB. I tried to check pre approved offer on the website and got option for Indian oil/ moneyback cards.
What are my options, so that card doesn't get declined have Axis- Reserve/Magnus for c2c application as well.

After paying all dues , Is there any chance , do they call me again and ask me to takeback closure request by giving cc upgrade ?

Not sure... once you close the Loan and CC.. at the timeof closing Salary account, they may come to terms...

Edit She asked me to pay the remaining due and disabled all three cards. I want to redeem the reward points which i have , how can i enable them?
