Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

I can confirm that.
For one of my VISA signature on PayTM, the Total was 117115rs last month
Until October 19: 55k and rest from 20th to 23rd

I had received 1275 points for the first 55k last month.
I have received 1485 now; the total adds up.

If it was per last month's transaction, it should have been 1725

I had made transactions of 1.12L on 21st and of about Rs.500 before 15th Oct.
I received 2985 points i.e. 15 RPs less which should have been just 5 RPs less.

you can try calling their cc and listen to their music for 30min and when your call gets connected to an agent you can request for cash redemption 🙂
