Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Guys something is wrong with the indus system. Haven't received points for any transaction in the past few days for any of dc.

My points took more than a week to start reflecting. I stopped checking after 6-7 days and checked after 14 days, its showing now

This is understandable, but if you get points for more recent transactions and not for older ones, probably no use waiting.

Anyways, update is getting points on visa sig from paytm

Has anyone got billpay points or redeemed their points in hdfc? Showing redeem not successful from more than 7-8 days

I was also able to redeem it on Tuesday morning from mobile app and they started reflecting on wednesday in my account.

Debit card points redemption is working on mobile app at the moment. It's slow to respond though.
