Guys I am redacting this post as I have been asked by the bank for non disclosure as mentioned in TnCs else my account would be suspended. They had asked me to remove this as this violates the TnC related to not getting reward points for CC payments.

Abhi tak mujhe bhi nahi Mila Hain.
Maine Saturday ko redeem karne ki koshish kiya tha via Mobile banking app
Aur Monday ho gaya pura , Tuesday ho gaya pura Aaj Wednesday abhi tak CASHBACK nahi Mila Hain account PE.

What to do ? Customer care ko complaint kar deye kya ?

Bas apna kaam kar rahe.

Kismat me hoga to khud chalkar aayega.

No I can't keep my patience
Kal customer care ke saath hoga Mera....ache tarika seye...
Even Mera swiggy HDFC credit card ka bhi reward points nahi aaya 🤣
Means ayya hain less points swiggy Wallet mein credit huwa Hain. According to me milna chahiye tha zyada but Mila Kam aur sabhi transactions genuine tha aur maine MCC bhi check karwaya
Maine Aaj one hour customer care ko dhulwaya even the lady who picked up my call literally having no idea and know ledge and she simply transfer my call to their senior customer care desk

This month hdfc have too much cash crunch 🤣
Sab ye hdfc ka RM'S ke wajah seye
Wo log bheek mang mangke sasta ULIPS bechkar rich ho gaya aur idhar bank ka ghata ho gaya 🤣

See RM'S ka kaam hota hain customer ko time to time update Dena bank ki offers ke baare mein
But nahi wo log apne comission ke liye ULIPS wagera bechkar customer care ko pareshan karte hain

I need to pay a HDFC credit card bill using indusind debit card on Paytm. will indusind give cash back on Paytm or this is not working ? Is park + working

Use park+ for upto 30k(any dc). use paytm through visa sig for remaining amount(mc dc may not work).

Similar for me.

I had redeemed all points last month, had 10 points left.


This month I paid 75k, and my balance showed 823.69 points.

Not sure where the additional points came in from.

Could it be from previous months wherein I paid more than 75k ?
