Best Way To Pay Credit Card Bills: More Information on IndusInd Exclusive Debit Cards

IndusInd Exclusive Account offers a free "IndusInd Exclusive Signature" Debit Card. Maximum cashback earned in a calendar month is ₹ 1050 statement credit at 0.93%.
Not many are aware that we can get 2 more debit cards issued for free in the same Exclusive Account, which would have their own separate cashback capping.

The variants are:
To get the additional debit cards, drop a mail to exclusive@indusind.com if you are an Exclusive Account Holder.

At ₹ 0.35 for a point for cash redemption, this amounts to a total of ₹ 1050 + ₹ 1050 + ₹ 700 = ₹ 2800 of cashback a month.

Hence, I calculated this in Excel, which makes it a bit easier to understand and track. Just to clarify, you can do any transaction value through the card (no minimum value). It all gets added to the spends. Then, as per your total spends, the points would be calculated at the end of the month. The debit points reflecting in your account would keep on changing in real time though.

Actually indus ka jyada info nahi internet pe to sab doubt clear kar raha hu. BTW sab indus ki pirit yahi h kya kyuki mujhe ek banda X pe positive experience bta raha h indusind ke sath?
Even Mera bhi 1 year seye Jada indus ke saath experience aacha Raha....sirf Debit card ka fees bohut hain ...aur customer care can solve problem but agar wo dekhta Hain ki aap ke account mein koi physical Debit card nahin hain or apke account mein platinum plus Debit card Hain then they will always force you to upgrade to signature debit card by giving 5000 + .....other wise everything is good for me ..... but abhi to account upgrade karna ka soch Raha huin ....dk ab kaisa experience hoga ....aur specially branch mein rm kaisa hoga bm ko to chod e do.....

Isn't dc free from select account variant onwards?
 
Just FYI: I know this is a little late but, my Indusind Exclusive account has 4 debit cards attached to it (Didn't want to get all 4 but hear me out).

1. I got Indus Ex Signature with my account but lost it while I was traveling and blocked it. Ex Signature replacement costs INR 249+Tax one time.
2. To save the replacement charge(s) I generated the Visa Gold virtual card on a temporary basis.
3. I got to know that Indus Ex Platinum is also free (along with Zero Replacement charge). I placed a request for the card and got it.
4. I got to know about the rewards from this forum (didn't notice it before, to be honest). Ordered Ex Sig from the App and MC Ex DC via Phonebanking (had to send an email beforehand as customer care wanted to cancel the Ex Sig)

Honestly, I don't think there is even a limit on the number of debit cards you can get with your Indus Account as long as they are different variants.

Who did u send the email to? And what exactly was inside that email. I also have exclusive visa signature and titanium debit mc. I want exclusive mc but customer care said they need to cancel both active ones for that.
Also, if i get multiple debit card, does daily cash withdrawal limit is separate on both cards or is it combined.

No need to email anyone; just contact your RM and ask them to issue the card. They will raise a request over a call, and all you need to do is share the OTP with your RM.

as @4uziaul said you can call your RM. I am in Tier 2 city and my RM was useless. I sent the below mail to exclusive @ indusind dot com. The support will just ask you to call phone banking and raise a request. This email is just a reference for the phone banking guys that you want to get two active cards otherwise they tend to deactivate the existing one(s).

So i asked my RM to raise the request. She said she raised it and i will get an otp. But i didnt get any otp. Next day she said that otp option was not working, so she raised a request using other method which doesn’t require otp. How can i confirm if the request is actually raised or not and how can i track this request. Also, i raised the request for visa platinum from my app and card started showing instantly in my app, should this card applied via RM also be visible in my app right away?
Also, meanwhile, i had emailed the support and then asked me to call phone banking to get the card. I called phone banking and told them about the email and the guy still refused saying we can’t issue. What should i do?

If your RM has indeed raised a request, you will soon receive an SR number, and for the same, you will receive an SMS or email. In my opinion, you should wait for it.

So, i called her again and she said she will check. And then did something and sent me a screenshot. I am pretty sure, she hadn’t raised the request earlier and raised it just now as i got the otp and 5 minutes later, mastercard dc started showing in the app.
I still haven’t received points for cc bill payment of 98k+ using my visa signature on paytm on 13th nov. So, now i am sceptical to use indusind dc for cc payment. I have raised a query with customer care. But i am considering RBL signature plus dc also

Yeah, I have already switched to RBL signature plus debit card. Will make next cc payment from that only. Bilkul riks ni lene ka.
I had raised a query with indusind, they said your mcc is not applicable for cashback. Even though multiple people in this same thread have confirmed that they got rewards for exact same payment. I don't know how their system works that they are providing reward points to one set of customer for same transaction but not to others. I am just waiting for my pinnacle credit card so that my account would be zero MAB. I will keep the indusind debit cards for zero forex withdrawal and BOGO benefits. And also for the case when I exhaust my rbl dc monthly reward limit.
