I got mastercard 4 months back, even bank told me visa infinite is stopped

No bro...I got master last month...need to try for VISA

Called CC, applied for replacement card with Visa infinite, they agreed to do and acknowledged it is possible, took request and within 3 days card delivered, but Mastercard again. Mission accomplished by SC. 🤦🤷

It's a waste of time, the customer care I speak is from my city only. They are going to repeat the same whatever already told in CC.

Axis customer care also says no to add on cards.
Go to branch tell the employee there that you want it in this they should give it.
Infact when I tried to change visa to mc on mu ultimate cc they told me Mc has been stopped
