Best way to use Taj Exp Gift Card

Can I book Taj hotel from Tata Neu app and then use gift vouchers at hotel?
If no, will they charge higher amount than what I booked the hotel at? Do I get 5% Neu coins if I book using Tata Neu?

As per the rules, Vouchers are supposed to be applicable on the Standard Rate. What Neu will give you is a Member's rate.
Sometimes it does not. Try your luck.

Are these gift vouchers from AMEX for 4L milestone on Plat Travel or from somewhere else? If it's from AMEX it might make more sense to to buy standard rate (and not member rate) since some properties decline to accept GC for member (including Neu app) rate.

If it's not from AMEX then no issues.

Thanks for replying. I had Taj Exp Gift Cards (not amex) and it worked seemlessly on the discounted rate.
