What's the best way to use 30k Amex points?

Hey Guys,

What's the best way to spend Amex Points? I've around 30k, I'm thinking food, buffets. Where all this can be used? Is only redemption to Taj and dining there is an option? or can it be converted to any other? Marriott? If yes, how?

Gst add kro pehle wale hotel me it's 16373.68. which is 75% chlo 70 hi maan lete.

Attaching one Sheraton hotel in delhi only
Almost 1₹ per 1 marriot point as Sheraton doesn't provide breakfast in ₹ booking also

Attaching one more from Singapore , it's 54k/60k which is 88%


Aisa nahi hai bhai k bilkul bakwaas hai.
For many hotels it might be rubbish but good redemption deals bhi available hain

13,876 for ITC Maurya was inclusive of taxes as is mentioned in the SS !

Marriott doesn’t have decent value proposition in Delhi except for Courtyard Aravali Resort (always >1) and sometimes ITC Maurya (60p) and Westin Sohna (75-80p) !

Just booked Sheraton Saket , revenue rate was 15k around inclusive of taxes ! Paid 16k points. So good deal overall .

Sometimes you get good value but mostly not that much except when it comes to ultra luxurious properties specially Maldives !

all conversation started with traveling to EU, so there will be properties available there (wont be Taj or ITC though), i dont know why people started adding delhi properties if points are to be redeemed in EU trip

What about taj vouchers ? Are they any good for points ? Sorry to hijack, I too have 46k points plus that taj 10k voucher with plat travel and have similar dilemma.

Depends on what value are You get per point for voucher.

Taj voucher from Amex can’t be applied at discounted/member rates ! If somehow the property accepts them on member rates , then it’s a steal deal !

Taj has some great properties.

And if you have 46k MB points , you can get good value at limited properties in India . I have used them at select Westin properties at more than Rs 1 valuation. Pune , Mumbai and Rishikesh !

Bhai main bas ITC Maurya ke rate ki baat kar raha tha ki it was tax inclusive, not exclusive in SS provided ! That’s it !

I have no idea about EU properties coz suddh gareeb (aaj tak videsh ke naam pe sirf Nepal gaya hun 😅)

Bhai I have never seen a person who haven't travelled abroad but stayed at a place like Sheraton saket and I believe there won't be many
