Axis Magnus Best ways to get accelerated ER points?

Hi,
I am looking to get accelerated points at least 4 times a year. I have M4B.

Does buying Amazon vouchers on Amazon provide both base and accelerated ER points?
Does paying rent or tuition fees on house.com provide base and accelerated ER points?

Yes, if u go without grab deals portal. Yes for education. rent is probably till 50k with 1% extra charges.

P.S. Using Axis cards can get your rewards account blocked.

Yes first time paying rent using housing.com, my card was blocked for a day. It is unblocked now.

First line is about that only.

I can't know with that one sentence . Try a transaction, if that works, card is not blocked. Check rewards portal, if that works, rewards is not blocked.
