Shami is fit but BCCI not risking him. He's not even reached Australia. So there's no hope on Shami.
We can't rest Bumrah, they already got enough days to rest. Its do or die situation, if we loose even 1 match, there's no chance of playing WTC finals.

Yeah i felt same, Reddy should bat up the order after Virat. Anyhow Pant and Rohit are blind sloggers these days. They can do bang bang at 6 7

after 1st match there was a gap of 10 days, even the 2nd match lasted only 2 days, so Bumrah is having enough rest. We need him.

They are keeping gaps between matches bcoz they want rest for their bowlers too... Starc, Hazlewood, lyon are no more young... They are probably in last 1-2 years of retirement...

I'm worried about the fact that India haven't had to face lyon that much till now except one innings in perth... Coz he's himself a gamechanger in Australian pitches where other spinners keep begging for wickets

Our spinners r too good but lame captaincy by Rohit Sharma, He's not bringing the spinners into attack at right time. He's only trusting Bumrah.

And Akashdeep should replace Rana.

Rohit is all set to open with Jaiswal!!
Seriously?? KL played exceptionally in 3 innings and failed in just 1 inning.

Meanwhile Mota bhai Rohit failed in last 12 innings and couldn't even get 10runs with old ball, instead of getting dropped, is going replace KL???

KL batted with Jaiswal.. and rohit too practiced with new ball. so it's still not sure. Rohit at 6 will not work. but KL at 6 will definitely work

Rohit at opening works then? Does he have art of leaving the ball? Have patience& technique? He comes, plays some blind slogging shots, get out on below 30 most times. Its been his story past 3 years.
Why not give chance to youngsters?

KL was playing in middle order greatly, suddenly dropped, now asked to open and he adjusted and you suddenly ask to bat in middle order?

Brother if u genuinely support Indian team, you should have been thinking why Rohit is in team. Team was so good in the first test.
Rohit as a captain & player got white washed vs Sri Lanka in ODIs and vs newzland in tests. What an embarrassment.
Rohit has heavy PR, they always make other players as scapegoat for Rohit failures.

Why Rohit is in the team -- that's the job of the selectors. I am supporting all members who are in Australia right now. Wishing them all the best for the remaining matches. #Peace
 
Seems like this match would end up in a draw with rain prediction in next 4 days. So India’s race to WTC finale would end up in a disarray. Loosing NZ series 3-0 would be difficult pill to swallow for ICT fans.

They have themselves to blame for not standing up in a home Test series & now bear the aftermaths.
This reminds me famous quote of Bangladeshi reporter “Final match You pafom what happening”. 😆
