Bhim is sending notifications of cb if payment is above 20. But they are not giving cb. It happed 3-4 times, I gave benefit of doubt because I got lot of cb from Bhim earlier.

complained via website on 7th didn't even get acknowledgement number for complaint
However today 2:00pm I have complained to the given email id and just now received cashback

I paid bill1005rs for sbi cc bill, on 4March, 2025. But amount deducted from my sbi account and not credited in card. And on bhim app is showing pending.
I complained bhim customer support they said contact bank and merchant.
I contacted my bank and bank saying transaction is successful from our side and service successfully availed by customer care.
Now bank saying contact merchant..
Now which merchant should I contact?
