Big Mistake of Credit Card Uses

I use my SBI Cashback Card usually and do some transactions for CC to bank transfer but today, I checked my SBI statement that SBI Charges 2615 + 472 + 2626 + 93 + 470 Name of GST. I don't Understand what is going on. Can anyone please tell me why SBI charge these rupees? I share my statement here? Please do a solution. I am totally fucked.

This is financial charges or some penalties. Not GST, so nothing to worry. 18% GST was charged on your card for only financial charges/penalty

Otherwise more financial charges will be added to your statement 😂

I may be wrong but they may be considering multiple payments as business transactions and added these penalties, as SBI cashback card is very strict for such things, and looks like they have been more strict after recent devaluation.

Just check all transactions and payment before raising a request

Here your card was charged two times, for late payment they will charge only once with GST

Did you pay just one day before bill was generated ? In that case it might not have been settled and bill may have been generated. What was the bill amount ? 0 ?

That can be checked in statement, as date is available in statement

Be carefull while using sbi cards. They are just legends.. while charging penalties and doing silly things..
I had very bad experiance from 1 months with them. Very bad..

I made payment using sbi card on cloths shop for 12500. And they charged it as rent payment i saw and shocked.. after almost 1 month fight they removed it. But had to call customer care and mail them so many times.. it was so headache..

I don't agree with Bank if they charged penalty for business payments. Bank can ask proof or invoice from the card holder, if card holder can't submit the same, they can charge these penalties. Al least they should have given a chance to prove that his transactions are valid or not...

No i dont think so

When merchat was start their initial business like rent they were alloted to rent MCC later they changed business from rent to cloth but not changed MCC

However i may be wrong here other can correct me

I think using SBI cashback cc on bhtNxt is a mistake, as you will not get any cashabck on utility, moreover on Simply Click they have increased required reward points from 2k to 2.5k to get Rs 500 amazon GV. In my view, SBI doesn't charge anything extra for bhtNxt txn at least on simply click, as I have done 25k payment using it on bhtNxt, and nothing happned with me no extra charge of any sort.

If you think you are right then fight. But pay 1st if you right they will give your money back.
But its very headache.. really big headache.
If you feel its your fault then let it go.
