and

I think Amex will add more cards soon to this list

I was having amex corporate card and it was showing up in the app.
Now I got plat travel. But how do I add it or see it in the app? Only my work email is linked to the app.

krna hi padega i think, meine call krke status pucha tha application ka toh mere proof dene ke baad status change hoke Document Submitted mein aya tha.

Salary Slip and bank statement. Submit krne ke baad bhi reminder aya hai amex ka to upload document pta nhi kya chakkar hai.

I too applied for amex platinum travel card on 1st Oct. VKYC was done in minutes but after that no updates.

Tried calling customer care and they have no idea about my application and they kept saying the application is still not open.

How to check application status? How much time it usually takes after KYC is done to get confirmation email?
