Bigbasket temporarily disabled on Tata neu app for me.

If the entire cause of this tech issues at tata neu backend, it has been 24 hours! This is such poor planning for an with so many daily users. I wonder if they even have someone on call to fix issues like this

I think they don't want people to spend only on big basket and complete the league.. they want us to use other platforms too.. so may be they will enable once league is over 😅

Click on shop now and then the big basket option should be enabled.

BB is not working directly. Search for the Grocery item you want on Tata Neu search. It will take you to BB ...add more items...order done successfully.
I have tried it, order starts with TN ..which means bonus points will be provided.
Relevant snapshots of disabled Grocery option and a successful order( it was a test so will cancel it now 😀)

Grocery is indeed enabled, though the icon remains in the demoted 6th position. And at least in Delhi where a lot of rain has fallen since last night, BB Now isn't working, though if you open the BB app, the BB Now option is available. Think the Neu team hasn't yet sorted the issue fully. Anyone able to see the BB Now options?
And the addresses and locations seem to be messed up as well.

BBNow option can't be accessed using this, it is taking directly to BigBasket only.

Just search any grocery item in the search bar and then you will be able to access bb. I just placed an order.

BB now is at last back on Tata Neu. If you have any difficulty on Android, update the app. The update was refusing to get installed on my phone, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. All working fine now.
