I applied icici platinum credit card on 2nd Nov , initially they said no income docs required as your cibil is nice , i said them ok.
On 5th Nov I got a call stating they need latest payslip to process my application and i have sent them.
On 11th Nov , I got message it has been approved ,since I already hold an icici account , went and saw if any virtual card has been generated.
Here comes the twist , my virtual card is showing as coral instead of platinum , i got shock as coral is not LTF whereas platinum is LTF.
I called customer care they said coral is approved for you and its LTF , i felt ok and happy.
On 15th Nov , I got the card delivered and its platinum.
Now again i called customer care and informed them in my mobile app it's showing as coral but platinum card has been delivered and they replied coral has been approved for you but since you got platinum credit card use the same.
Is this really ICICI ?
