Bill pay through HDFC Platinum Debit card

I am unable to set the credit card biller as I get this message "autopay setup is not allowed for this biller on this payment method" after I click confirm when I set up my SBI and AXIS bank credit card as billers. Please Help.

Don't set up auto pay as people have commented that you will not get the 1% DC rewards

While registering, switch off 'Smartpay' toggle.

As far as I know it is not possible to set auto pay for credit cards. Pay manually and get cashback.
