Bitter Experience - Times Black and ICICI Customer Care

Recently I got ICICI Times Black card and even my first bill is generated. Although there is no final clarity on rewards points, iShop etc.. I still ordered the card and hefty fees and I have no issues here.

However Customer care and support seems to be a major issue.
My Mobile App is not working from day 1. It keeps giving me error whenever I click on any button. Refer below screen shot.
I have written to customer care 3 weeks ago and yesterday they reverted asking to contact Times Black directly to get the issue resolved.
It seems ICICI Bank do not hold any accountability in this case and they want us to direcly resolve issues with Times Black.

It seems ICICI is not trustworthy and having their credit card is only a waste of TIME and MONEY.

You already raised the issue, to higher authorities , sure they will come back with apologies and a solution.

So many experts on Techno fino said that Times Black card is not worth 23600.
In fact our Techno fino founder himself mentioned it as one of the two worst cards of the year!

i have not faced any issue yet, recieved all benifits like zomato gold and other all joining benifts, i have achieved milestone also and got 10k tata cliq gift card which is 5000 x2 gv
and i have recieved all benifits after 2nd statement, and in reward catalogue i got 1 rewards point equal to 1 rs as i redemed for easemytrip gift card

You should redeem all points for flights at 1 rupee. That is the best value.
Ease my trip vouchers are discounted by 12%, because you cannot use any credit card discount offer.
Have you recovered 23600 spent as joining fee?

If you have issue in Times black application then you should contact Time black support.
Or
If you have issue in ICICI imobile application then you should contact icici customer support.

How will ICICI Bank support technicians will have access to times black application backend, server, data, etc
Similarly, Times black support will not have access to ICICI backend, data, server.

You should have contacted to right person to get the issue resolved which is the Times black support.

My first bill generated a week back and I am yet to pay. Times App is unusable for me and not sure how do I recover the joining fees. I will be launching RBI complaint soon.
