TF Select
Recently I got ICICI Times Black card and even my first bill is generated. Although there is no final clarity on rewards points, iShop etc.. I still ordered the card and hefty fees and I have no issues here.
However Customer care and support seems to be a major issue.
My Mobile App is not working from day 1. It keeps giving me error whenever I click on any button. Refer below screen shot.
I have written to customer care 3 weeks ago and yesterday they reverted asking to contact Times Black directly to get the issue resolved.
It seems ICICI Bank do not hold any accountability in this case and they want us to direcly resolve issues with Times Black.
It seems ICICI is not trustworthy and having their credit card is only a waste of TIME and MONEY.
