BizBlack international lounge access not accepting

I have a BizBlack card that I have used many times for domestic lounge access. Last week I tried using it for international lounge access in Abu Dhabi and Amsterdam but both places showed the card has not have access to the lounge. I visited the lounge listed at https://www.hdfcbank.com/content/bb... Black/BizBlack-international-lounge-list.pdf .

I even registered in the Diners Club mobile app but it still didn't work. I have done a transaction this month so the card should work. I also have international transactions enabled on the card.

Any suggestion as to why the card was not granting international lounge access?
 
As per TnC To use lounge, you must have been active in last month. Did you do any txn last month?

Maybe domestic lounge still worked without this, but international they might be strict.

Better confirm from customer service via email

I was able to add my card to Priority Pass. Hopefully this should work. I never tried the app because the biz black page says "Priority Pass is not required to access International lounge access.".

Can anyone with BizBlack card who has tried international lounge access outside India verify this process?

On priority pass app, go to Account tab you should be able to see free visits,
Adter checking this go to explore tab and see lounge list available at the chosen airport
Show them QR code and that's all

@navdeep22 Thanks for sharing the steps.

It shows "unlimited visits" which is correct as this card offers unlimited access. I will try this out next time.

I don't know why HDFC doesn't clearly mention all this with the card.

is this an android only feature, i cant see any number of visits left etc, infact on ios i have only 3 tabs not 4 , no option of generating barcode etc, ( physical card is working well but nothing in the app )

it doesnt require to generate bar code, your account itself is a barcode, can you try your account's login in android and see if its andoid vs ios or any account related issue
 
afaik , piroiry pass eaither provides digital access or physical priority pass

i faced similar things in loungekey app, there could be 2 things, 1 your card doesnt have international lounge access via priority pass, second your bank hasnt enabled.
easy and fast way to know is email priority pass mentiong account number and ffrom registered email address, they are very quick in replying will reponse why youare not able to see

so my card has unlimited international lounge access, which i have confirmed at the dubai airport as well,
just seems to be some app glitch , already dropped them a mail. lets see if we can figure this out..!
