BizBlack Metal floater card, limit not updating from 5,000

Hello,

Hdfc card I have now:
Hdfc Millennia
Hdfc Swiggy
Hdfc Bizblack metal

Received my floater BizBlack on 30th November.
Activated the card on same day and even did the transaction also on same day.

Till today limit is stuck to 5,000 rs only on BizBlack Card, which they set for security reason while dispatching.

Called credit card team multiple times.
First they said it will automatically change in 3 days, then they said 5 days, now they are telling 7 days.

No one has idea, why it is still stuck at 5k.
Does any member have any idea, when it will change.

Checked now it allow full limit to be utilised.

I talked to HDFC bank executives as well as customer care but no one is able to help me with Biz Black. Got to know that Biz Black can be given as a floater on existing card. I have Regalia with 5L limit. What's the process of getting floater Biz Black? Where can I get more details?

I think you would need to maintain 10lakh monthly balance.

send email to grievance and it will be done offline now limit required is 5L now for infinia it given via floater so business regalia would work not sure you have which variant of regalia though and GST would also be required too. I have bizblack with infinia that how I know.
