I had applied for bob premier cc about 7 months ago. It was rejected due to negative documents. Eventhough i had sent documents, it got rejectes. Waited for 6 months to end the cool of period. Still couldn't apply. Contacted cc to remove the pan data. Received the following message

We would like to inform you that your card application is in under risk criteria category. Hence, we will not be able to do PAN removal
