I am recently thinking of applying for bob card,
But i read here that they do address verification for home and office.
I have WFH so haven't been to office.
Can the office address verification be avoided ?

They will now rarely entertain the franchise conversion on your card...Still do try for Rupay if you want.

Today we raised complaint regarding annual fees stating that in welcome letter nowhere it is mentioned as LFT and i want only LTF card. Now received response you complaint with reference number is approved.

Don’t know what it actually means.

I didn't get you.
You want to make your existing card LTF or you have been charged despite promised LTF during application..
Kindly elaborate little more.

Card delivered a week ago, i asked them “in welcome letter there is no where mentioned card is LFT, i want only LTF card. Please confirm if it is LFT card”.

Then i received a email stating that my complaint is approved. Please see above screenshots.

Ok ,Now just drop one more mail and ask them like,

Please confirm whether my card is chargable one or Life time free.Kindly confirm the same.
