Bob asking for 3 months bank statement with 30k AMB for completing CC application

I applied for BOB premier which was showing LTF for me. I chose self-employed option while filling the form, still BOB asked to fetch 3 month bank statement by giving it access to the account.

Furthermore, I knew the bank access won't be useful as BOB wanted business transaction depositing money to the account resulting in 30k AMB which is not possible in my case.
Then I got the mail to send the above-mentioned docs, I sent the SBI CB pic along with 3 month bill statements as that is what I thought would suffice.
Now, they have replied with this -

Every bank follow their rulebook until you are their customer . After onboarding they forget all rule.
If SBI CB CC is not enough then probably they are asking for Infinia .

You have to upload bank statement, even if business transactions are not there , regular cash deposit also would be fine just amb needs to be close to 30 for 3 month

No without itr also they would reject, so itr+statement is mandatory

So like in month of jan my mab was 20k feb 5-10 around and in March till now it's 20k
So how can i fulfill 30k mab

You can upload it with some other card statement , may be they will approve with decreased limit.
Next time apply for card when amb is around 30k, as with bob this is standard practice to ask for statement. Read forum

I haven't applied because I knew about it... Thats why I was asking you to replace statement with itr but no worry I will apply after 30k MAB
