Hey there, i have a bob b3 plus savings account opened in 2022. Needed passbook and checkbook. So requested through complaint portal. They said passbook can't be issued. Cheque book can be applied through mobile/ net banking. Tried that but it's saying "not eligible to issue cheque book". Any solution?
