BOB Card Application Issue(No vkyc link received)

Hello Folks,
recently applied for BOB Card Easy via instagram ad link completed every procedure required till esign after esign documents application showed message "you shall receive a link on your registered number and email to complete vkyc" but didn't get any link till now application status is stucked at
"You are video KYC (VKYC) is pending. The customised link for VKYC is already sent to your registered mobile number and email id. Please complete the process at the earliest."

please help what to do next how to complete vkyc existing BOB CARD holders ?

You can ask crm for the link/this issue.
BTW existing card users can get additional card in app itself. (just wait a month or 2)

Thread 'BOB Snapdeal Virtual Rupay Card LTF'

BoB is now offering Snapdeal Rupay Variant with 0 JF & 0 AF as an additional card. No physical card will be sent though. Earlier Easy Rupay was offering as LTF as an additional card.

Yeah, see it works like that "BOB releases additional card offer time to time"

Have seen Snapdeal and HPCL offer
 
I got a BoB card without any KYC - except for sending salary documents and bank statement for the past two months, and a physical address verification - and then a two month wait. Honestly had forgotten about the card and lo and behold, received message out of the blue that it has been approved. Received it three days after the message.
