Same here. Done VKYC on 2nd July. then nothing happed, no IPV, no call. Got approval message after 55 Days. 😆 😆 Totally Contactless.

Problem: Applied and digi-signed the application form a week back. Didn't receive any update after that. No vkyc or update on submission of application.
I know a lot of people got their cards after 2 months, however they seemed to have completed their vkyc shortly after applying. I haven't received any vkyc link.

Currenlty, your application is under process. The only thing you can do is wait for atleast 2 months before even poking customer care.
Keep a check on BOB Tracking Page, it will change from under process to VKYC Pending if you need to perform VKYC.

Ok done as i have applied for premier card any way i can opt for rupay instead of visa?
What was shown during application? Usually banks can change network but not sure if its worth hassling with BOB like bank.

Nothing actually i don't remember the photo of the card but maybe it was blank i guess

I got this message from bob i have hdfc business moneyback cc so they are saying they will not accept business credit card should i share my indusind legend cc statement but its 1 month old with 50k limit

Share legend cc statement. Make sure all the limit on it is free (unused).

but is 50k limit enough to get premier c2c? i have apay card too but its statement is not generated yet it has limit of 1.5lk
Wait for apay card statement, reply to their email little late.

I did send them all documents along with legend statement & hdfc b moneyback statement too & told them to consider both/one let's see. I have heard apay is also not good for c2c many don't accept
