My BoB card application rejected due to failed address verification. Is there any way to revive the application with changed address or reapply immediately?
I have been sending mails but keep receiving the same reply about rejection due to not meeting internal criteria, but I know the rejection is due to address. I had applied for card with old address that was on aadhar, as aadhar updation was taking time. Other cards got approved on same card as the physical verification guy called and I was able to clear it. My new home is close to the address on aadhar. I have corrected the aadhar aadress now but there is no option to correct the application and it's not allowing to apply again.
Kindly suggest whom to contact for this.
