BOB card spam notification

Hi folks,

I recently applied for BOB LTF Premier card. After few days I received an email with spam notification from BOB.


When I click the link it redirect me to a portal with username and password which I don't have. Check below image...


Can you please let me know what is wrong ?

I also tried checking status in BOB portal. It shows as below....






And finally when I am sending email with document to mentioned email id. The email bounce back saying no email exists.





Please suggest what needs to be done ?

Same here. Unable to see what’s written in that email.

First Write email to : crm@bobfinacial.com
then escalate to
escalations@bobfinancial.com

BoB being BoB. Not surprising at all.
