Bob card upgrade

I have requested to upgrade my bob easy card to rupay premier card . They told they will process the upgrade but they haven't mentioned anything about lifetime free . I have visited the site but i couldn't see the lifetime free banner . Is lifetime free is still there or stopped ? If i upgrade willi have still lifetime free or i have to pay ?

Have you sent them income proof or ITR along with the upgradation form???

I am having now the rupay varient of primer credit card.. and probably its lifetime free . As till date they didn't charged for anything
