BOB Credit Card Wrong Application Status

I have applied online for bob credit card 3 week ago and also sucessfully completed VKYC at 27 may. But, why bob credit card application status showing " You are video KYC (VKYC) is pending. The customised link for VKYC is already sent to your registered mobile number and email id. Please complete the process at the earliest. Any idea ?

It will take time to update.... Can take a week.. Even month.... Its bob... Welcome to world of chaos....

Same with me. I have applied on 24th may. VKYC done on the same day but updated status after 3 days. After that got calls, mails and messages to send them payslip/Itr. Sent them payslips on 29th. After that nothing happened. Pin drop silence. Read somewhere thatb it will take 2 to 3 months to approve a credit card from BOB.
