You can get rupay select in Mahila Shakti aka women advantage account in bob. 3000 mab for metro with NON-Maintenance charges of rs 300 per quarter(as per bob site). And good thing is you can open it online.

Mil to dono jayenge but chargeable hai. Maine select apply kia hai dekhte hai kab fees debit hoti hai. Mab maintain na karne pas 300 rs per quarter charges hai.
