BOB Easy to Eterna Journey

This post is to describe my journey from Easy to Eterna Credit Card

It began on 21st July 2022. Applied online and esigned the application and completed VKYC same day. Applied C2C from FK AXIS bank card with a limit of 1.5L. Then started a long wait. Home verification was done on 2nd August, radio silence till 9th Aug. I Got approval message on 9th Aug.
Used the below post to find out the card limit on 12th Aug. Tried from 10th Aug but my mobile number was not updated till 12th Aug, thanks to @nitrogenSingh.

How to start using BOB CC even before dispatch

They had offered me only 50K limit.
Now i started thinking should i close the card, as it was LTF decided to keep the card.

Thanks to Technofino community and below link, i got to know i can ask for an upgrade to Eterna as my income was above 12L but was not meeting the criteria for LTF. I was ok with paid Eterna as i can achieve 2.5L spending in a year to waive off annual charges.

Premier to Eterna Upgrade

23rd Aug : Sent mail to conversions@bobfinancial.com with my income documents and bank statement requesting for an upgrade to Eterna
27th Aug: They approved the upgrade and asked to send the signed upgrade form, sent the form same day.
Again silence
30th Aug: Sent a reminder mail, no response
3rd Sep: Sent a reminder mail, marked escalations@bobfinancial.com. No response.
7th Sep: Sent a reminder mail, marked escalations@bobfinancial.com & crm@bobfinancial.com. No response.
12th Sep: Got a message from bluedart for delivery, got the card
No messages or emails from BOB.

Can we get 4.75 return on purchasing gift card from Wahoo / Amazon?

1% for sure as a milestone benefit.

Gift voucher purchase eligible for 3.75% but do note that Amzn has multiple MCCs and if any MCC falls under 'special categories' then reward rate is 0.375%. Earlier I used to purchase, once this notification came tried once, didn't got it and never tried again. So try at your own risk.

But Wohoo can provide 3.75%, only 1 MCC there but not sure why you purchase there, they charge extra.
