BOB Energie Card UPI Registration

I just got my BOB Energie HPCL co branded credit card. It's a RuPay variant. Somehow I am not able to register it for UPI. I am getting an error while adding on UPI apps "Can't find card with your mobile number and selected bank". Also, the card number starts with 3561. Usually Rupay card starts with 6529. I tried to contact customer care but they don't have any update on this. Can someone help here.

BoB opened UPI registration only for BOB Snapdeal Rupay card. Wait for update from BoB when other rupay cards can be linked for UPI.

I was unable to link my card on Payzapp, kept getting some error. But, on Bhim app, I was able to link my Energie HPCL card without any problems.
Now I am curious about what kind of rewards UPI transactions would fetch on this card

Awesome! I generally use BHIM. I have an Easy -- I was thinking of changing to Premier, but maybe Energie makes more sense for me. I seldom drive, but the rewards on Utility bills could be useful for me, especially if it applies to electricity too. It has a more manageable minimum spend than Premier -- it is also "green" and I've been wanting a green colour card. OK you can laugh 🙂

There is no charges for Rupay card

First you need to register your Rupay card to any upi platform (BHIM, Paytm ..etc) then try to do credit card payment for your other credit cards from Gpay and while paying the amount you use other upi platforms and there you can use your Rupay card for the payment

Got 1 RP per 150 for BOB HPCL today

There is no charges for Rupay card

First you need to register your Rupay card to any upi platform (BHIM, Paytm ..etc) then try to do credit card payment for your other credit cards from Gpay and while paying the amount you use other upi platforms and there you can use your Rupay card for the payment

I tried this but I am always getting overdraft error can you specify which apps you use to make this payment?
