I have a Bob Premier Rupay LTF CC.

I got whatsapp message from Bob:

I applied and got LTF virtual card instantly. This is a digital card and physical card will NOT be sent.

You must be using UPI via HP pay app

There's a separate scan and pay feature near the bottom of the screen. You need to scan HP pay QR available at HPCL pumps and then you'll be able to add CC details

Can you share the screenshots how to add credit card in HP Pay? I don't see any options.

you can wait for 4 or 5 days then you would get the convert to physical card option.

I can now see the option to order physical card, but upon applying it says not eligible for conversion.

You'll have to exclusively ask for HP pay QR code if it's not already displayed. This won't work with any other Paytm, phonepe etc QR.

Got the LTF digital card 15 days ago, so requested for Physical card of same after 2 to 3 day's, bob block that immediately & new digital card generated now when i try to request the conversation to physical card it says card not eligible for conversion, any one has any idea how to bypass this error. (ps:- on bob card app only two cards are available select & digital hp card, earlier it was select + hp + hp digital)

Guys, in September, there was a spend-based offer on my HPCL card stating that if I spent ₹50K between 21st and 26th September, I would receive a Paytm First membership. I used the card to load my Payzapp wallet, and as far as I recall, wallet loads were not listed in the exclusions at the time.

Later, I received another spend-based offer with a reward of 3500 points. Like before, I used the card to load the Payzapp wallet.

I’ve received the 3500 points for the second offer but haven’t received the Paytm First membership for the first one. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

outlet should be among the listed ones, points are usually added as soon as the txn is settled. Also fuel surcharge is not waived for txns less than 400.

Yes. Go to card services and apply for add on card. Option is available for both of my Snapdeal and Energie cards which were originally digital and later converted to physical cards.

It is free. No Vkyc required. Just fill up the fields and submit.

HP pay app has improved. Aaj kal payment failures bhi reduce ho gaye hai.
Use Paytm gateway. However, remember CVV as paytm gateway asks CVV even for saved cards.

Why not CC AVENUE I have not faced issue with it. I think it is improved as well. I used Paytm and it was fine. But I thought of using CC Avenue as it seemed fast to me.
