Bob mobile number update. Bank said first deactivate net banking only then we can change the number

I have
bob lite account. In my first visit to the bank they were unable to change the registered mobile number, they said they are getting error because net banking facility is activated on the account, then I deactivated the net banking from same day and I also got the confirmation email that net banking service has been deactivated.next I was again at bank . This time same error again. They said come back after few days .
Can anyone help me here please.
Note- bank have also deactivated mobile banking login to , yet they are unable to change. I will go again next week so that they can't tell me that Wait for some time.
If there's any information that could help please provide.

Note 2- I had opened my account ( bob lite ) online and I didn't select sms facility during the opening, could this cause any problems for the number update?
 
Did you fill any form at the bank? Customer Request form or CKYC form?
Lodge online complaint citing bank officers not cooperating. Then they will perform the task.

Yes I filled the form. I couldn't complain because the employee was nice and was trying to help but couldn't because of error. This time I am thinking about to complain directly to branch manager mat be that could help.

Fill mobile number change form at branch & submit into branch, take xerox so that you can complain, psu banks have this type of hurdles

I will do this . Thanks. I have visited them two times. They signed and put some seal on my form then they tried to update the number, but were unable to due to above mentioned error. At the end they just returned my filled form and asked to come few days later.
 
Mobile banking band karne wala form bharke, turant wo log mobile number update karne ka process initiate kardenge(form bharna hoga)
Fir 24-48 hours me jab moblie number update hojaye(message se confirmation aajayega) to internet banking me login karke mobile banking resume karlena, simple

Maine bhi form bhara tha , mobile banking, internet banking dono band kar diya tha , phir bhi vo bol rehe the ki error aa raha hai ki " internet banking activate hai abhi bhi '" . Main bank jaunga kuch dino me to dekhta hu is baar kya hota hai

To phir wo bank officials witne badhiya nahi hai
Agar dubara yahi bole to bolna ke kisi senior se karwane
