Bob mobile number update. Bank said first deactivate net banking only then we can change the number

Can I change mobile number from any branch or need to visit home branch ?

They can change it from any branch but it's bob so you can't say anything. Search the nearest branch number ( manager or customer service) ask them before going in case it is not your home branch you are visiting
