Applied for Bob premier card the card was approved visa premier Variant with 1lakh

Is it possible to upgrade the premier card to Eterna Card with 1lakh limit ?

Any possibility?

Does this card provide 500 bonus reward points if we spend 5000 in the first 60 days of card issuance? Also can we redeem the reward points as statement credit and what are the charges for reward points redemption?
