I got introduced to BOB in 2021 when I got an offer to transfer my home loan. BoB is one of handful banks who has overdraft facility for HL, just like SBI maxgain. So, I started putting all my emergency funds and non-investment funds in this account.
Recently, I got to know that my account has been upgraded to Radiance (eligibility criteria is 30L NRV) - which is their top tier account (like Imperia in HDFC) and gives access to a RM (the best part is he doesn't push for investments like my HDFC RM). I started digging deeper about Radiance benefit and in last 1 month got my self 2...

I also have a Loan and savings account with BOB, and my savings account, which is associated with the loan account, has been upgraded to Radiance.
When I reached the branch to apply for Rupay Select, the bank denied my application, saying that this card is applicable to only those accounts that are not linked to loan accounts. I have gone through multiple posts, but none of them give the full and final answers, and many users are awaiting an answer.

So below are the questions

Questions:
1. Are there any users with the same account combination[Loan+Savings bank account] type who received the Select debit card?
2. if yes - kindly share the detailed process for the same.
3. If no, then just give thumbs up to the post!!

go to bobcrm and file a complain. ask them - does a radiance customer with a linked loan account eligible for rupay select debit card. they will 100% say yes. then escalate it again from the portal saying branch denied to issue the card.

But please do note your sb account variant have to be super savings (SB 117) irrespective of whether you r radiance customer or not for rsdc issuance.
