Hey folks - Finally figured out that it is bob super savings account only. Applied for Rupay Select NCMC card physical since the option was not coming in virtual card. The experience of opening account online and then applying for debit card was probably the best I ever had, can’t believe it is a sarkari bank!

Bro, NCMC means this is debit card + Metro card/bus ticket card too.

All RuPay debit cards are NCMC Card. doesn't matter its mentioned on your card or not.

you can use your RuPay debit card for Metro offline payment too.
